Our Work
Supporting children and young people in need
Most of our support is provided in the form of financial grants to assist with a range of costs associated with child well-being and education following a distress which has led to financial hardship.
Encouraging exceptional talent
Our TalentAid scheme helps to support children and young people who are exceptionally gifted in music, sport or the performing arts.
Enabling life-changing opportunities
We are able to provide further support to a limited number of young people to enable them to embrace life-changing opportunities.
Making grants to other charities
Through our Stepping Stones scheme we provide grants to charities that are working to alleviate poverty and improve life and educational outcomes for disadvantaged children and young people.
Providing in-kind support to Lifelites
Lifelites is a separate charity (No. 1115655) which provides educational and entertainment technology to children who visit hospices. Originally established as our millennium project, we no longer provide grants or financial assistance to Lifelites which now raises funds from both Freemasons and the public, but we continue to provide in-kind support to this unique charity.
