Donations

We rely on the donations of Freemasons and their families to support our work. Although the majority of our donation income is received through Masonic Festivals, there are a number of additional ways to donate.

Regular donations

To make a regular donation by standing order, please complete the donation form below, which comprises a banker's order form and Gift Aid declaration. Please return this form to us by post. We will liaise with your bank to set up your regular donation.

Single donations

To make a single donation with Gift Aid, you can also use the above form by completing the Gift Aid declaration, including the donation amount, and posting the form to us with your cheque enclosed.

Donate online

Make a donation using Virgin Money Giving

We can accept single online donations made by debit or credit card via Virgin Money Giving.

Everyclick

We have teamed up with Everyclick to provide an internet search facility that benefits us every time you search. It works just like other major search engines but it also generates cash for the charity of your choice. Click the logo above to access the our Everyclick page and begin raising money – you could even bookmark our Everyclick page as your internet browser's homepage.

Give As You Earn

If you earn a salary, or if your pension is paid via PAYE, you could consider making donations to the RMTGB by Payroll giving or Give As You Earn, the UK’s largest payroll giving scheme.

Payroll giving donations are deducted before tax so each £1.00 you give will only cost you 78p (75p from April). If you are a higher rate tax payer it will only cost you 60p. To make donations in this way, your employer will need to be running a Payroll Giving or Give As You Earn scheme.

Please advise us if you decide to make donations to us via these schemes to ensure your donor record is updated and we can contact you if necessary.

eBay – Mission Fish

We now accepts charitable donations from individuals who sell items on eBay.

An eBay seller can opt to give any percentage of their sale proceeds to us and eBay will match the percentage with a reduction in their fee structure. Donors who are taxpayers are also eligible for Gift Aid which boosts the amount received. eBay’s partner, MissionFish, also administers the payments and Gift Aid.

Each seller will have an icon added to their item for sale identifying it as a charitable sale to assist promoting the item and hopefully increase any bids placed.  The terms of the website state that £1 is the minimum donation that can be made using MissionFish.

We are notified each time an item is listed and we regularly have sellers making donations from the sale of items such as Masonic regalia or jewels – although it is possible to sell any item within eBay guidelines.

Potential donors can start selling and bidding by clicking on the MissionFish logo above to visit our eBay page.
